北京大学医学部免疫学系2017年海内外优秀人才招聘公告(Professors/Associate professors/Assistant professors in the Department of Immunology, Peking University)

   北京大学医学部基础医学院免疫学系现面向海内外延揽一批学科领军人物及中青年优秀人才,欢迎热爱高等教育事业的海内外精英来校全职工作,共创辉煌。

    

一、招聘需求

   (一)领军人物1-2名

   “千人计划”专家、长江学者特聘教授优先。可推荐申报学校、北京市及国家相应人才计划。

   应聘人员条件:

   1、在海外知名大学(研究机构)担任副高级及以上职务,或在国内高水平大学(研究机构)担任正高级职务;

   2、具有博士学位;

   3、在相关领域具有较高的学术造诣和国际学术影响力,能够准确把握相关学科的发展趋势;

   4、年龄原则上不超过50周岁,特别优秀者因工作需要年龄可适当放宽。

   (二)高水平青年学者4-6名

   国家优秀青年科学基金获得者等相应层次的高层次人才。“青年千人计划”、长江学者青年项目、国家优秀青年科学基金获得者、“青年拔尖人才支持计划”等优秀青年人才优先。可推荐申报学校、北京市及国家相应人才计划。

   1、年龄原则上不超过40周岁,特别优秀者因工作需要年龄可适当放宽;

   2、具有博士学位;

   3、申报时在海外知名高校、科研机构有科研工作职位;

   4、引进后全职回国工作;

   5、为所从事科研领域同龄人中的拔尖人才,有成为该领域学术或技术带头人的发展潜力。

二、相关待遇

   学校将为优秀人才提供良好的生活和工作条件:

   1、根据业绩水平提供具有竞争力的年薪、优厚的绩效津贴及住房补贴。领军人物年收入不低于60万人民币,高水平青年学者年收入不低于40万人民币;

   2、根据科研工作需要配套科研启动经费、所需的实验室空间,支持组建研究团队;

   3、获聘后可租住医学部人才房;

   4、协助解决子女入托、入学(北大附小、北大附中)等生活问题。

Professors/Associate professors/Assistant professors in the Department of Immunology, Peking University

 

The Department of Immunology at Peking University invites applications for the posts of professors & group leaders, associate professors and assistant professors. 

 

1. Professors & group leaders (1-2)

Positions of professors in immunology are available in the department and desirable candidates will lead their own groups. Candidates from international top rank universities, or already qualified for National “One Thousand Talents Program” or “Chang Jiang Scholars” are particular encouraged to apply. The PKU will facilitate the candidates to apply for the local and national talent people funding program.

 

Candidates are expected to have a Ph.D. degree and he/she should have already demonstrated academic achievement and leadership.  The candidateshould have demonstrated robust research record and held a position of associate professor or above at a renowned university overseas or held a position of professor at a top rank Chinese university or research institute. The appointee will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic vision, directing and providing leadership for the group as well as the department. The appointee should be no more than 50 years old although an exceptional decision could be made for the extreme distinguished candidates.

 

2. Distinguished Young Scholars(4-6)

The positions of distinguished young scholars at assistant/associate professor level are available in the department of immunology. The candidates have already been awarded National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, One Thousand Talents Program are particularly encouraged to apply. The PKU will support the candidates to apply for the local and national talent people funding program.

 

The candidates are expected to have been awarded a Ph.D. degree and have the experience of scientific research at aboard. The candidates are expected to be comparable to the top rank scientists in the relevant research field and he/she should have the potential for becoming the scientific leader in the relevant area. Candidates for this position are expected to be less than 40 years old by the time of application although an exceptional decision could be made for the extreme distinguished candidates. The appointee should be able to work full time after the offer is accepted.

 

Salary and benefits

The PKU will provide competitive salary, bonus and housing allowance according to the candidate’s academic achievement. Salary for professors & group leader will be no less than 600,000 RMB annually and salary for distinguished Young Scholar will be at least 400,000 RMB per year. Generous start-up research fund, appropriate lab space will be provided, and the appointee will be supported to set up his/her own research team. PKU will also provide transitional housing for the appointee, children of the appointee will be helped to receive their education in the University’s affiliated kindergarten, primary School and middle School.
